GREETINGS IN 2006!

The message that I would like to emphasize is to ...

"RENEW YOUR SPIRIT, 

BE GOOD TO YOURSELF 

IN 2006"!  

DO pray before starting your day, as you are rolling out of bed.

DO take pictures and remember to smile.

DO go shopping alone and buy a nice outfit for yourself!

DO sleep in when feeling really fatigue!

DO buy yourself that purse you've been wanting!

DO buy a personal journal and start writing in it daily

DO subscribe to your new or favorite magazine.

DO laugh more; don’t be a sore thumb!

DO get your hair and nails done!

DO wear your favorite color lipstick on a special occasion.

DO have your colors done; and see what hues look best on you.

DO your favorite exercise at least 3 days a week!

DO take the stairs instead of the elevator at work.

DO your sit-ups daily as this makes for a flat tummy; I'm struggling with this one as well!

DO take notice to your appearance when going out in public; I'm learning myself to pay careful attention to my image as first time impressions are VIP!

DO give compliments when they are due; there is nothing worse than glaring at people when they look good and you don't say anything!

DO say hello to that someone whom you admire and he or she doesn't know it!

DO learn to be approachable as you may be scaring off a would be boyfriend or husband.

DO something special for your significant other; surprise him or her.

DO go out for dinner with the family at least once a month, but eat responsibly!

DO start your Santa Saver or Christmas Club account so that you have at least some or more pennies to spend during the Holidays.

DO watch for pedestrians.

DO create a monthly budget and track your spending habits.

DO check the mailbox daily; don’t be afraid of the BILLS!

DO tip the waiter or waitress.

DO learn to be polite; don't be rude!

DO keep your word; word is bond as it is a direct reflection of your reputation.

DO put a stop to your bad habits; change your thinking and behavior pattern.

DO say to yourself, “I LOOK good and I FEEL great!”; this will keep you motivated.

DO write a vision plan and goals for 2006 and for your future!

DO change careers; always do what you love doing most as long as it pays the bills.

DO find a church home if you don’t have one; and always visit new churches.

DO patronize Black-owned businesses!

DO advertise with Sacculturalhub.com.

 

DON’T be afraid to tell your age? I’m 28 plus 10.

DON’T brag or be arrogant; learn to be modest.

DON’T be impatient; wait your turn.

DON’T be a hermit, get out and meet people.

DON’T be late for work or for appointments with your clients/customers!

DON’T be loud and obnoxious in public as it is so unattractive!

DON’T use profanity during conversation as it is also unattractive!

DON'T be a stalker or a jerk; learn to take NO for an answer!

DON'T blame others for your mistakes; take responsibility for your actions.

DON’T litter, as it is a bad reflection on your character.

DON'T yell at your kids; try whispering (this will be extremely difficult and they of course will think you are crazy!)

DON’T speed or run stop signs or drive through red lights; if you get busted it’s a huge ticket fine.

DON’T give up so easy; keep striving for improvement and the overall long-term objective.

DON'T be the last to be informed, be aware of what's happening all around you!

DON'T hog the conversation; listen and be courteous to others who want to express themselves.

DON’T be a trendzilla; don’t wear every trendy item at once; less is always better and looks more appealing.
