What's happening in Sacramento and beyond!

Where do you stand in Sacramento's exploding world of business and entertainment?

Lately, I've been so overwhelmed with all of the articles in the Sacramento Business Journal and Comstock's Business Magazine about the boom in Sacramento's economy.  As an entrepreneur in the Capitol City, I'm so excited about how Sacculturalhub.com plans to grow and endorse the values and priorities in the African American community.  I would like to also point the finger in your direction and to the event promoters, investors, teachers, ministers, social workers, politicians, doctors, parents, and college students.  What is your active status in the business and entertainment community of the Sacramento Valley Region?

Did you know that approximately 2 million people are expected to move into the Sacramento area over the next 50 years?  More people equal more consumers, diversity, more buying power, more leaders and innovators, and increased customer traffic for your business.

How many of you will decide to follow your dreams of building a brownstone establishment of business mixed with entertainment like Kevin Johnson's 40 Acres” Art Gallery and Cultural Center located in the Oak Park area of Sacramento. I challenge and encourage you to organize family gathering and associations geared towards investigating opportunities to seize real estate for the purpose of owning not one but several building establishments.  So many of us are spending too much of our time and money to rent and lease property and space for our business activities.  Why not become the "Buzz Oates" of a real estate empire investment for the following in Sacramento:

Soul Style Bed 'n Breakfast Inn ... to welcome and temporarily house the many Hollywood celebrities visiting the Capitol City.

Black Metropolitan City Building ... to have several floors and suites of businesses under one roof and to also provide space for special events.

Are you really aware of the who, what and where in Sacramento? Do you know that real estate and land has become the hottest commodity in the United States?   Here are the facts to consider when planning your strategy for new business opportunities and growth in Northern California:

  • Elk Grove Shopping Mall coming soon ... $500 million project, which is set to be built off Highway 99 at Grantline road.

  • Shop, dine, and explore "The Stockton Boulevard" where there is a collaborative effort of business owners working together to revitalize this historical and vital part of the South Sacramento business corridor. Learn more about the Stockton Blvd Partnership.

  • Thunder Valley Casino, just built 4 years ago, has created thousands of jobs and is attracting tourism from everywhere to Placer County.

  • U.S. Olympic Team Trials Track and Field brought hundreds of thousands to Sacramento and this event may continue to be stationed in Sacramento.

  • New housing communities (JMC homes, JTS communities and Kimball homes) in El Dorado Hills, Yuba City, Natomas, Elk Grove, Rocklin, Roseville and Folsom continue to be the main attraction for singles, couples, and families to camp out for lottery tickets to purchase homes.

  • UC Davis Medical Center has taken the lead in building state of the art health facilities in the heart of the Oak Park area of Sacramento.  UC Davis Medical Center ranks among the top 50 hospitals in America, according to an annual survey published by U.S. News & World Report

  • The REVIVAL of Downtown Stockton is exploding with the: City Centre Cinema 16, Hotel Stockton, Fox California "Bob Hope" Theatre, Waterfront Entertainment and Sports Center, and the Downtown Marina reconstruction.

  • IKEA Super WalMart coming soon to West Sacramento.  The West-side of Sacramento is taking the RiverFront to higher heights of entertainment and also more housing communities.

So GET READY - citizens of Sacramento - and prepare for the roller coaster ride of business ventures, excitement and entertainment coming to our town.  GET INVOLVED in your communities and be at the forefront of "WHAT'S HAPPENING" in Sacramento and beyond!
