Chris Brown is at it again — this time the singer was arrested and charged with felony assault on Sunday, October 27, according to an article on USAToday.com.
According to the article, Brown, 24, allegedly punched a man in the face during an argument outside the W Hotel in Los Angeles. Brown is reportedly still on probation for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009.
