According to a statement issued by the San Francisco Symphony, Grammy-winner Natalie Cole has cancelled her November and December 2015 performances due to “a medical procedure which precipitated a lengthy hospital stay.”   Those shows included a Wednesday, December 2 holiday-themed show with the SF Symphony.

According to the statement, Cole is now at home, “resting comfortably and regaining her strength.”  Cole’s publicist was unavailable to The Hub for comment.

Cole has faced numerous health challenges in recent years, most notably having had a kidney transplant in 2009.   She had scheduled a number of shows this fall, including two in San Francisco and Stockton.

For refunds or ticket exchanges for the SF Symphony show, contact the San Francisco Symphonys Patron Services Department at 415-864-6000.
