J.R. Smith of the New York Knicks has been named NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year, according to an article on FOXSports.com.

According to the article, Smith won the award after receiving 484 points — including 72 first-place votes — from a panel of 121 writers and broadcasters.

In second place was Jamal Crawford from the Los Angeles Clippers with 352 points.
