The Annual Halloween Carnival will take place on October 31st at Jose P. Rizal Community Center, 7320 Florin Mall Drive, Sacramento. Cost is $5. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Three nights of trick or treating and family friendly fun await at Fairytale Town’s 28th annual Safe & Super Halloween! Join us as we transform the park into Rick Riordan’s mythological world of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Young heroes can make their quest to Mount Olympus and the infamous Olympian Zeus.
