Northern California Black Physicians Forum Referral Directory

In November 2010, the Sac Cultural Hub Media Foundation partnered with the Sierra Health Foundation to create the first ever Northern California Black Physicians Referral Directory, which was published in February 2011. We encourage you to download the lastest Black Physicians Forum program booklet that includes the Northern California Black Physicians Referral Directory (pages 19-22) that includes over 100 African Americans physicians and clinicians.
