Calling all teenagers to participate in "Changing the View" Youth Leadership Conference and Teen Talent Showcase. Taking place on Fri-4/25 from 4 pm to 9 pm and Sat-4/26 from 9 am to 4 pm at the Meadowview Community Center, 2450 Meadowview Road in South Sacramento.  Open to ages 12-19.  This is a great opportunity, FREE ADMISSION, for all of our teen-agers to come out for leadership development and participation in the excitement of the teen talent showcase. Educating teens about planning for the future and making positive decisions.  Conducting workshops that include:

Gang Violence Prevention 

Building Self-Esteem 

Getting Ready for College 

Health and Wellness 

Teens who participate in the workshops and attend the teen talent show can win IPODS, free Spanish and English lessons, free limo ride to youth dance in May, and also concert tickets to see Alicia Keys, Ne-Yo and Jordin Sparks.
