Best Seller's List. Author,
Donna Ramos will make a guest appearance on Sacramento &
Co. (Channel 10) at 9 am to discuss her book "High
Rise". Don't miss the Book Signing, Reading, and

Park - Sacramento from 2 pm to 4 pm on Sat-5/27.
"High Rise"
is a fast-paced multi-cultural, fun, sometimes gritty story
about 3 women, at different stages in their lives.
Delving deep into your heart eliciting varied, strong emotions
as you experience all their joys, heartbreaks, devastation,
pain and rebirth. You'll relive a few romances of your
own as your identify with these women. Each experiences
the same circumstance but totally different outcome. Who
makes it out in tact? Peel back the walls, look inside ,
what's happening?
Donna's second book,
Borrowed Time, will be released July/August 2006.
A new novel of an all consuming love triangle set in the
complex world of the Civil War where all three characters are
living on ... Borrowed Time. The story alternates
between New York and Virginia in the time before, during and
after the Civil War. The danger of war, the hardships of
slavery and the ecstasy of love are all experienced fully.
About the author.
Donna
Michele Ramos is a transplanted New York native who has been a
Californian for the last 17 years. She attended Fordham
Univeristy, Rosehill Campus, Bronx, NY in the 80s but did not
graduate college CSUS Sacramento until Spring 2000. She
is the mother of a son and a daughter, and the grandmother of
four. She is a civil service employee and has been for 16
years in Sacramento. Donna has been writing since the
fourth grade as she started with children's stories. High Rise
is her first published novel. Donna loves hearing from
