It's
the Crawdad Festival for the entire
family, your friends, and visitors during
Father's Day Weekend in Isleton,
California. So where is
Isleton? It's a great little town near
Lodi. See driving
directions to festival, which is
located in Downtown Isleton at Highway
160. The festival will be overflowing with
food, fun, music, laughter and of course,
crawdads. The weekend of events will
include jazz and blues, expanded
children's activities, an auto pavilion
and more. This fun-filled weekend takes
place Fri-6/17 from 12 pm to 9 pm,
Sat-6/18 from 9 am to 9 pm, and on
Sun-6/19 from 9 am to 6 pm. $5 general
admission and children under 12 free. All
alcohol sales will end one hour before
festival closing each day. Food and
commercial vendor tables are available;
forms are available by calling (916)
643-1320. I've (Pleshette)
heard in the past years from good friends
of mine, that the Crawdad Festival is
wonderful and you get the best of seafood
with an assortment of raw and cooked
crawdad specialties. See the official
press release
and new
rules for festival attendees.
