According to the article, a business newspaper in Virginia is reporting owners of the Kings are in talks to move the team to Virginia Beach, and a proposal to that city's city council is expected to be made on Tuesday by members of the Maloof family and officials come Comcast-Spectator. Philadelphia-based Comcast would reportedly help build and lease a new arena for the Kings.
