According to The Sacramento Bee, the Virginia Beach City Counsel will meet today and listen to a plan by sports and entertainment firm Comcast-Spectacor. The plan includes constuction of an 18,000-seat arena close to the ocean.
The Kings organization has yet to comment of the possibility of relocating to the beach resort city, according to The Bee, but the team has been the focal point of conversation.
