Rice: America's Voice "Muted" Under Obama

Former Secretary of State, and currently a professor at Stanford University, Condoleezza Rice says the United States voice “has been muted” under President Barack Obama.

Speaking on “CBS This Morning,” Rice said Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney “would understand ‘American exceptionalism’ and would not be afraid to lead from the front.”
