persistence to bring about personal role play to help one gain insight
into their own mental development, and behavioral disturbances by
learning new ways to adjust to traumatic events, having the courage,
and faith to cope with stressful life situations in today's society.
We provide a positive approach expressive arts psychodrama therapy for
young and older adults who suffer from depressive mood swings,
work-related stress, abusive behavior, murder/suicide idealizations,
low-self esteem, and other related behaviors. Numerous studies have
demonstrated the physical and mental health benefits gained from
psychodrama creative activities such as CAM, Music & Art
Therapy.
The public interest in "alternative" health care continues to grow with
consumer demand; unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on
diagnosing, treating disease and suppressing symptoms, we look more
holistic at the entire person - body, mind, and soul. The ability to
see the world differently and express this creatively can be very
therapeutic, and healing.

| WHO'S
WHO in the COMMUNITY! |
|
These sophisticated and influential African
American Women made a huge impact at a Career Panel
Workshop
presented to the contestants of the 2009 Miss Black Sacramento Pageant
in April 2009. The Founder of Sacculturalhub.com, Pleshette Robertson,
was so impressed that I decided to share with you on Who's Who and Who's
Doing What in the Community!
I had the opportunity to attend this career workshop
of just 1
hour as it was so very powerful in its nature of providing great
background information for how high school students can prepare for and
pursue their career/personal/academic goals.

From left to right: Chrystal Davis (Entrepreneur, Independent Branch
Owner of Avis Rental Car), Anita Johnson (Owner - Anita R. Johnson
& Asociates - a financial advisory andmanagement firm),
