Northern California BLACK PHYSICIANS FORUM
taking place on Friday, February 4, 2011
from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm at Sierra Health Foundation in Sacramento

The Sac Cultural Hub Media Foundation is developing an
African American/Urban Physicians Referral Directory
for those in need of health services and physicians who want to network
with their colleagues and would like to expand their professional network.

You are encouraged to come network at the first annual
Black Physicians Forum and Networking Mixer and participate in dialogue on how to reduce health care disparities in the Urban Community.

African American patients are in need of proactive health care measures to
prevent diseases and disabilities.  Join your colleagues and help
develop innovative health care solutions to change
behavior patterns of African Americans to prolong life spans.
