- When Do I Stand Up for What I Believe. Create a full-size, paper, self-portrait that conveys your goals and dreams. Your portrait can then be decorated with collage, fabric, or other materials.

- Sandy Martin: Freedom’s Sisters: Women of Wisdom, Hope, and Courage. Poet and author Sandy Martin incorporates original poems in a tribute to the twenty featured Freedom’s Sisters highlighting the unique contribution of each woman.

historical portraits with a unique oral and visual style bringing to life selected Freedom’s Sisters, including Harriet Tubman, Fannie Mae Hamer, and Coretta Scott King.
