As of July 1, 13 new laws have gone into effect in California, including AB 9 and AB 1156 that help kids being bullied in school, AB 341 that requires recycling for certain size businesses and apartment buildings, and AB 300 that sets minimum standards for steritilization, santitizing and maintenance safety at body piercing, tattoo, and permanent cosmetic businesses.
