“LEGACY” is a historical collection of vignettes, poetry, and prose and is presented as an ensemble theater production.  Entertaining as well as educational, the production invites the audience to journey with the cast from the past to the present, remembering the struggles of African-Americans, and celebrating all of our progress as people and a country.  Regardless to ethnicity, “LEGACY” will excite, educate, enlighten, entertain, and inspire its audience members, while reminding us that regardless of race, we must all press forward together in order to keep Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream alive.    “LEGACY” is written and directed by Lisa Lacy, with written contributions by Michael Guinn, a well-know spoken word artist.  Music/lyrics and musical direction are by Charles Cooper.   “LEGACY” presents well known local vocalists and actors such as Bill Miller, Mike Turner, Cesha Ellison, and Deborah Nelson among many others.  “LEGACY” is a great show for the whole family, schools, and churches to attend.
