Mahogany Urban Poetry Series - Every Wednesday night inside Queen Sheba Restaurant (916/446-1223) located at 1704 Broadway in Midtown Sacramento (at 17th and Broadway).  It's the best of original Open Mic Poetry and music from 9 pm-11 pm.  $5 cover.  All Ages (students get in 2 for the price).  The Founder of Sacculturalhub.com, Pleshette Robertson, loves this event and did her very first improv poetry performance when she first moved to Sacramento.
