Youth In View Kids’ mission is to engage and develop diverse young people to positively impact their lives, their communities and the world. We accomplish that mission through programs that help young people ages 10-19. Our programs employ multi-dimensional perspectives of social justice, arts and culture, community organizing, social and emotional development, workforce development, and recreational team building activities among others and they have a great time doing it!
We understand that Youth Ministry has a vital role in strong youth development.
I Trust Him Ministries have come together to help develop youth led approaches that encourage communities to support young people through a youth and community capacity building approach that is built on faith, authentic relationship building, values and spiritual leadership. This youth development approach suggests that the best way to prevent young people from becoming involved in risky and destructive behavior is to help them achieve their full potential. We will help youth get the support and opportunities to:
- Build practical life skills
- Exercise leadership
- Form relationships with caring adults
- Access safe, free, meaningful, and fun recreational
activities.
- Be participants in helping their communities to thrive
