Jazzyblues Cafe-the local and international Jazz spot. Welcome to the newest hot spot in
The Sacculturalhub.com Media Staff had lunch there recently. Chef Mike is the one and only chef at Jazzyblues Cafe. He is from Sacramento and has many years experience in the culinary field. As Chef Mike brought out his culinary delights, it was an awesome spread: BBQ chicken, ribs, tri-tip, hot links (very hot), and brisket. These all were very tender and tasty and the sauce is homemade. We had a whole fried catfish as well as a sample platter of Red Snapper; these were fried to a golden perfection. I've stated I don't usually eat fish, but a lot of times I do, because I like tarter sauce. The tarter sauce you receive here is homemade too, and very tasty. Our side dishes comprised of greens, candied yams, and potato salad. Many chefs claim to have a great, or secret recipe for macaroni and cheese. This macaroni and cheese kept its promise, we all raved about it as soon as it hit our lips. The last little twist was our delicious dessert, we had a nice flavorful apple cobbler, yes, I said apple.
