Entertainment: All Day—Gospel, African dance/drumming, spoken word, R&B, funk,

African fashion show, Hip Hop

 

Vendors: All Day—Food, clothing, jewelry, art, books, etc.

 

Children’s Fair: All Day—arts, crafts, carnival games, and activities

 

Black History Exhibit: All Day—display of contributions of black people; guided tours

throughout the day

 

Health Fair: All Day

 

Career Fair: 11 – 2—employers looking for a diverse workforce; current college

students or graduates

 

Wine Symposium: 1-2:30—discussion with Black wineries and vintners about careers in

the wine field

 

Book Festival: 2-3:30—Discussion and book signing to highlight Black faculty who

have recently published books

 

Wine and Jazz Social: 4-6—For the adults, wine tasting and jazz listening

From the Bay Area: Take I-80 East then follow general directions (below)

From the I-80 (General): Take Hwy 113 North towards Woodland, exit at Russell Blvd and make a right.  

Turn right at Howard Way, park in the parking structure on your left, free parking on Saturday only.
