In this interactive workshop, participants will learn about the role and impact of racism that often results in the experience of anger, grief, and loss. Concepts of internalized racism, neglect of health (physical, mental, and emotional), addiction, depression, and anxiety will be defined and addressed as central experiences to racialized grief.  Discussion will focus on the development of healthy healing practices and coping skills to manage racialized anger, grief, and loss.
