What is the Community Development Corporation-CDC (being discussed on 4/25 at 12:30 pm)? CDC is a business model that attempts to provide services and support related to the current needs of the particular community. One of the most common reasons for the CDC is the use of real estate within the community to develop affordable housing and to also address educational issues. This workshop will look at how it’s done and the success it can bring to the community.

Presented by the California Black Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
