The Congress of African Peoples (CAP) will host the 3rd Black Political Convention at Women’s Civic Improvement Center, 3555 3rd Ave in Sacramento, CA from 9-4 pm. This is a non-partisan event. Participants will have the opportunity to hear from candidates, engage in discussions, vote on candidates and measures that will appear on the November 6 Presidential ballot.
