David Fontaine CEO of the Minority Financial Literacy Center, states that he, as well as others, are concerned about the high rate of unemployment in the black community.  Indeed, among black adults the unemployment rate is 16.2% and 32.5 % among youth 16-20 years of age.  Fontaine further states, the panelists will present specific strategies for creating and growing jobs in the African-American community.

Guest speakers on the panel include: Aubrey Stone-CEO of the California Black Chamber of Commerce, David Deluz-CEO of the Greater Sacramento Urban League, Azizza Goines-CEO of the Sacramento Black Chamber of Commerce.  Samuel Walton-CEO of  Innercity Housing Corporation,  Calvin Franklin 1st Vice-President of Primerica Corporation, and Scott Syphax-CEO of Nehemiah Corp. of America.
