Eleven people were arrested near the California State Capitol Building where supporters of President Donald Trump clashed with anti-protesters Wednesday, the Sacramento Police Department reports.
All the arrests were for illegal possession of pepper spray, according to the Sacramento Police Department. The department did not specify which groups the arrested individuals were with.
