On Friday night there they sat: 27 of the more than 50 women who have accused Bill Cosby of drugging and raping them.
The women, ages 46 to 80, gathered in a Los Angeles ballroom for the NBC special, The Cosby Accusers Speak, A Dateline Exclusive, a program the network touted as the “first time” this many accusers had been in the same room, telling similar stories of alleged assault.
The women shared stories with common themes, saying dinner, drinks, career advice and unsolicited drugs were often the tools Cosby used to lure them in as young women.
