African-American romance writer Brenda Jackson is reportedly celebrating her 100th novel, and the first African-American female romance writer to become a USA Today and New York Times bestselling novelist, according to an article on EURWeb.com.

According to the article, “A Madrais Bride for Christmas” (published by Harlequin Kimai Arabesque Press) is the 100th book for Jackson. She published her first book, “Tonight and Forever” back in 1994.
