On Friday, August 8th from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in Sacramento Cares Community Health will have a “kick off” event in celebration of National Health Center Week (#NHCW2014) to be observed nation-wide the week of August 1-through August 16th. The week of August 11th, Cares will hold Patient Appreciation Days on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday we will host with our community partners, an Insurance Enrollment Day.

Insurance Enrollment Day will be held on Thurs-8/14 from 10 am to 3 pm at Cares Community Health. Share this information with family and friends who
are need of health insurance. Be sure to bring the following:  California ID/DL, utility bill, 2013 taxes, pay stub, SSC#, and  Citizenship/Permanent Resident Card for everyone in your household.
