Bill Cosby has postponed two performances scheduled for next month in Charlotte, and a campaign has been launched to postpone another scheduled in Pittsburgh.

Postponement is one of the tactics the Cosby team is using on his current comedy tour to cope with the consequences from allegations that he drugged and sexually assaulted multiple women in decades past.

Since the accusations resurfaced in force last fall, some Cosby performances have been cancelled, some have been marked by protests either inside or outside the venues, and some have been standing-ovation successes.

Less noticed were the postponements, like the one announced Friday in Charlotte by the Belk and Blumenthal Performing Arts center.
