A representative for the 47-year-old comedian confirmed the news to TMZ on Thursday, adding that Chappelle has ‘not yet experienced any symptoms’ of the virus.
Although he is ‘currently quarantined,’ Dave hung out backstage with Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Grimes at Stubb’s Amphitheater in Texas earlier this week.
In a photograph shared to Instagram on Tuesday, Dave looked healthy as he posed with his arm around fellow comedian Joe Rogan, while Elon and Grimes cozied up next to them.
Grimes’ presence at Stubb’s Amphitheater was sure to raise some eyebrows being that the 32-year-old musician revealed on January 9 that she had been battling COVID-19, herself.
