A massive explosion at a fertilizer plant in West, Texas yesterday evening has claimed the lives of at least 15 and injured more than 160, according to an article on USAToday.com.

According to the article, the blast leveled homes in a four-block radius of the plant and hit the ground with the force of a magnitude 2.1 earthquake.

The article also states officials reportedly have no initial indication this was anything but an industrial accident, although ATF agents were investigating the scene.
