While Jay didn’t get to deliver his speech, Barack Obama recorded a video paying tribute to the rapper, potentially hinting at the gender of the twins in one much-analyzed quote. “Jay and I are also fools for our daughters, although he’s going to have me beat once those two twins show up,” he said.
