Don Lemon says comedian Kevin Hart hasn’t done enough to atone for past homophobic tweets that led to him stepping down as Oscar host.

On Friday, the “CNN Tonight” host acknowledged that while Hart put out an apology on Twitter last month, he took issue with the comedian’s claim that he had already dealt with them publicly.

“Kevin said that he has addressed his homophobic comments but what about the notion that there were apologies?” Lemon asked. “Vulture did an investigation and found all the times that Hart addressed any of the things he may have done to offend gay people. What they did not find was an apology or the words ‘I’m sorry.’ We couldn’t find one, either.”
