Kaiser Permanente’s LAUNCH programs offer young adults a variety of paid internship opportunities. Each is designed to provide students with practical experience, and a chance to explore a career in health.

According to their website, KP hopes to

Positively impact the lives of underrepresented students, and build a pipeline of diverse talent that will become the workforce of future health care leaders who are poised to meet the cultural and linguistic needs of our increasingly diverse communities.”

LAUNCH programs include:

Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP): Creating paid summer work experiences for under-served high school students since 1968.

College Internship Program: Providing paid summer employment to college students pursuing careers in health care administration, business and finance since 1987.
