Kerry Washington, Kelly Rowland and Halle Berry have been named to People magazine’s 2013 Most Beautiful List.
Actress Kerry Washington was crowned the #2 spot on the top 10 list for her “mix of toughness and beauty.” Her role on ABC’s “Scandal” has reportedly made her the first African-American female to “helm her own primetime show in nearly four decades.”
Singer Kelly Rowland took the #7 spot, while Halle Berry took #8.
The number one spot was given to actress Gwyneth Paltrow.
