It’s that time of year when we think about all kinds of water activities, and it’s also time to make plans to learn how to swim!
Visit www.yoursacparks.com and click on Aquatics for a full list of swim classes for all ages six months and older and all levels of ability.
Some districts offering swim classes include Arden Park, Folsom, Galt, West Sacramento, North Highlands, Orangevale, and Elk Grove.
Class participants will learn basic strokes, water safety, swimming readiness skills, and gain a great form of exercise.
