“Mad Men” actress Yaani King has been cast in the pilot for a new Lifetime series, “Deliverance Creek,” according to an article on EURWeb.com.
According to the article, “Deliverance Creek” is a “slavery-set drama.” King will reportedly play a freed plantation slave that tries to save the rest of her family from slavery.
