Job offers and donations are pouring in for a Connecticut man who jumped off a city bus on his way to a job interview in order to aid a car crash victim.
Aaron Tucker from Bridgeport, Conn., was on his way to an interview at the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Wednesday, when he saw a car hit a tree and flip over, CBS reported.
Tucker, who was recently released from prison and had less than $2 in his pocket, desperately needed the job, but instead of staying on the bus and going to the interview, he hopped off the bus.
“I feel like a job can come and go, but a life is one-time thing,” Tucker told CBS. “The job just wasn’t in my mind at that time.”
