A recurrence of a lung infection has sent former South African President Nelson Mandela back into the hospital, according to an article on USAToday.com.
According to the article, a presidential spokesperson said Mandela, 94, is “conscious and aware” and the hospitalization showed the doctor’s were concerned, however given his age and history they were “acting with caution.”
