Neville Brothers to play last show

Seminal New Orleans figures the Neville Brothers will say goodbye with a final, star-studded show in May.

Nevilles Forever: A Celebration of the Neville Brothers and Their Music will take place May 2 at New Orleans’ Saenger Theater. The farewell concert will feature performances by Widespread Panic, Trombone Shorty, Galactic, Allen Toussaint, Irma Thomas, Terence Blanchard, Ivan Neville, John Boutté, Anders Osborne and Ian Neville, with an announcement of additional performers expected at a later date.

Tickets go on sale Feb. 16. The concert will be recorded for subsequent release on multiple platforms.
