It’s a controversial move by Gordon, who was hit with a $10 million wrongful death lawsuit in August, a month after Brown, 22, died. She never regained consciousness after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Atlanta-area home in January.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online in October, the lawsuit filed by Brown’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, claims that “Ms. Brown died due to a violent altercation with Gordon after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture.”
