Every year I go.
Every year, I wind up spending a little money for a great home improvement value.
Every year, I get a ton of new, free ideas for do-it-yourself projects.
And some years, I spend a hair more than I’d planned for something that I didn’t know I needed, but looked GREAT once I got it home. (Last year, it was laminate flooring for my great room. You wouldn’t believe the difference.)
And I owe it all to California’s largest three day show of its kind, returning to Cal Expo January 25-27.
Last year, over 32,000 homeowners attended the annual event, enjoying over 1,000 exhibits, free workshops, and the very popular Landscape Showcase.
Other than a coat of paint for the offices in my home, my interior — after seven years! — is finally complete, along with the back patio. This year, my front yard is the final frontier. I can’t wait to get started…Friday at Noon.
See you at Cal Expo this weekend.
