Just before the end of the year, Steve Harvey managed to have the worst television moment of 2015.
As host of the Miss Universe pageant Sunday night in Las Vegas, Harvey announced Miss Colombia was the winner… but then he realized he had made a mistake, and she was actually the first runner-up. It was Miss Philippines who should have been crowned.
Poor, Miss Colombia. She had her crown taken right off of her head.
