OJ Simpson will reportedly take the stand today in an effort to obtain a retrial for robbery, assault and kidnapping charges from 2007, according to an article on Fox2Now.com.
According to the article, Simpson is currently serving a 33-year prison term and claims that bad legal advice led to his arrest and conviction in 2007.
