Count Oprah Winfrey among the legions of fans who have tweeted thoughts about Harper Lee.

The author of “To Kill a Mockingbird” died Friday at the age of 89.

For years, Oprah has mentioned Lee as her favorite author, and has done so again today while tweeting her condolences.
