A new call was raised for a criminal investigation into R. Kelly’s behavior behind closed doors, but an investigation into the R&B star is not currently in progress , officials said Friday.
In July, an explosive Buzzfeed report accused R. Kelly of luring young women into his inner circle and keeping them against their will inside his homes in a ‘cult’-like atmosphere.
The R&B star has denied the allegations.
