Sacramento region new home sales were at the highest level in February than they’ve been in the last five years, according to an article on the website of the Sacramento Business Journal.
According to the article, of the 219 homes sold in February, with 44 percent of those in the Roseville/Rocklin/Lincoln area, 16 percent in Elk Grove, and 12 percent in Folsom/El Dorado Hills/Rancho Murieta. Most of the homes — 81 percent – sold for $400,000 or less, with 37 percent sold between $251,000 to $300,000.
