Author and Sacramento resident Janae Marie has recently released her debut book, “Flirting with Tempations” — a drama-filled journey of what one young women does to endanger not only other people’s martial affairs, but her life as well.
An author, writre, producer and publisher, Marie is also the writer, director, producer and video editor of the narrative short film, “My Mother Donna,” about a once drug-addicted mother thought to be dead who comes back to reunite with her estranged family. Marie is also the publisher of Young Urban Voice — a blog/magazine that caters to minorities and sheds light on positive things that these people are doing in their careers and communities.
Marie is currently working on her follow-up book, “Daddy’s Home” — the story of a young girl betrayed by family and robbed of her innocence and she must turn to the only life she knows by seeking salvation in the streets.
